You may click on the moving images to stop/pause on a frame - good luck stopping where you want to!

To resume play of the loop (and pause/start the movie again), just use the spacebar on your keyboard. Revisiting the page will require another mouse click on the movie to activate the pause/start functionality of the spacebar.
